New telephone times

Dear Gentleman,

In order to always offer you the best service, we have adjusted our telephone hours. This allows us to devote our undivided attention to you during this time. Our new telephone availability times are now from Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 18:00. During this time, we are available to answer all your questions, concerns and bookings on the phone and look forward to assisting you personally with all your needs.

Please note that there have been no changes to our regular business hours. As usual, you can reach us daily from 10:00 to 22:00. We would like to ensure that your enquiries do not go unanswered outside of telephone hours. We therefore recommend that you use our booking form or contact us by email, WhatsApp or SMS for enquiries that arise outside of telephone hours. Our team will endeavour to process your request promptly and provide you with feedback as soon as possible.

If, in exceptional cases, there is a delay in responding to your email or booking enquiry, please take a quick look in your spam folder. Sometimes it can happen that our messages end up there. To ensure fast communication, we recommend that you mark our e-mail address as a safe sender.

For meetings that have already been arranged, you can of course still reach us by phone outside of regular telephone hours . It is important to us that our communication remains smooth and reliable, especially when it comes to existing agreements.
